@ChrisWillx Two ways to look at this
1) the very well paid already pay a huge amount
2) the very well paid managed to capture a vastly disproportionate share of income
@NotFarLeftAtAll Congratulations to your parents, talk about winning at life. You buy something for £125k that's gone up at at 3X the rate of inflation. Bravo to them. I'm sure they can borrow against that sizeable asset should they need to. Or with £2m they can pretty much do whatever they like
@KarimPalant I 100% agree with the sentiment Coild never understand the Southgate haters. He was the best manager we've had in my lifetime. However he only got to the qtrs in 2022. His worst tournament was the best we've done in 20 years, 98-18.
@AndieDelicacy His Brother plays guitar in some of the pubs near me. Super talented I'm surprised he never made it bigger but music is a fickle business. So I'm not surprised at NK (which I haven't seen), clearly some musical pedigree.
@stephsmithio I run everyday (267 days so far this year) and am on track for 1000 miles/1600km. I vary my distance, min 2km, max this year 18km depending on my schedule, how I feel and the weather. I can confirm it feels real good. I can't imagine not doing it.
@justdave89now I think it depends who you are. Take recent Tory PMs. For Rishi Sunak it was petrol stations, for Boris Johnson it was family planning clinics and for Liz Truss it was reality.
