I traveled via @IndiGo6E on 08/05 from Delhi to Hyd, they charged me extra for FastForward service, noting that there was no additional tag on my baggage, my baggage was the last to be received at the destination .This is a rip off & request for a refund.

Came to India & called @ICICIBank_Care , asked to visit Branch.
Visited Branch & submitted request to update Address.
Still, a Doc was shipped to Old address

Dear @IndiGo6E asking ID proof from those who have mobile boarding pass & not asking the same from physical boarding pass holders at the last check before boarding is like punishing those who have helped the Airlines, Airport & environment. Rethink about it @DGCAIndia

Needless to mention the amount of people that were stuck inside the airport, causing blockade of departing passengers not being allowed inside due to excess numbers inside the airport.
