Sir, not just being silent, but spreading lies about me that I am abusive, that I have never reached out to IAP before, and that I am begging them for legal help! Absolutely not. I wanted them to
1. Ask Kenvue/JnJ Pte Ltd to rebrand eRZL not to look like ORSL
2. Not to promote those drinks as daily hydration drinks
3. Condemn the public notice by Kenvue that their scientific products were presented at PEDICON
4. Condemn the notice issued to me by Kenvue/Johnson&Johnson Pte Ltd.
Instead, they issue a position paper emphasizing on the safety of Sucralose(a clear conflict of interest, especially since eRZL has Sucralose and I have been telling parents not to give it as a daily hydration drink to children) so as to enable Kenvue quote the same in future.
When ethics, science, medicine, law, public health are on my side, the only way to demoralize me is by character assassination, but the fact is that I won't get demoralized. Many ethical IAPians are supporting me, you all are supporting me, the whole of India is supporting me, because I am fighting for the truth! I am saying that TRUST CANNOT BE DESIGNED TO MISLEAD!

Her name is Persis.
Her father Jayaraj and her brother Bennix were beaten to death inside a Tamil Nadu police station in June 2020.
For keeping a mobile shop open 45 minutes past curfew.
For 2192 days she did not stop.
She shielded her mother from the full details of what happened inside those walls.
She went to court every single date.
Yesterday 9 police officers were sentenced to death.
Persis did not celebrate loudly.
She went home.
Some fights are not fought for victory.
They are fought so it never happens again.
Jayaraj kept his mobile shop open past 9pm during lockdown.
Police came. Took him away.
His son Bennix heard about it and rushed to the station to check on his father.
They let him in.
Then locked the door.
Both were stripped. Tied down on a wooden table. Beaten with lathis every 10 minutes through the night.
Their blood splattered the walls.
The next morning police took them to a doctor who gave them a fitness certificate.
Then to a magistrate who remanded them to jail without even looking at them properly.
Bennix died on June 22. Jayaraj died on June 23.
Yesterday a court found all 9 police officers guilty of murder.
It took 6 years.
Sentencing is on March 30.
The FIR said Jayaraj and Bennix rolled on the ground and used obscene language.
CCTV from the shop next door showed nothing of that sort happened.
The case against them was completely fabricated.
They died for a crime they never committed.
I am glad to announce that I received my ticket for the Melbourne Marathon a few days ago. As a participant I will also be leading a fundraising campaign for the Australia Cancer Research Foundation. Any donation, big or small, will help a long way towards me hitting my goals.
Even forget online booking 🚨
due to open corruption and shameless collusion, the booking clerk himself issued tickets from inside, bypassing the queue, so much so that even the person standing FIRST in line didn’t get a ticket at the window.
Enough is enough.
Speak up. Call it out. Or accept being cheated every single day. @RailMinIndia
He is Moninder Jatav
He tried to save Noida Techie Yuvraj Mehta, when no one was helping him
He later described what actually happened, which exposed failure of UP Govt, Police, SDRF & Authorities
Now he is under tremendous pressure, Police calling him for interrogation, asking irrelevant questions
Digging his personal life, which is completely unnecessary for this case
System is treating him like he is the culprit, his mother is worried & struggling even to sleep
System has decided to set an example through him, so that no one can dare to expose it hereafter
This is the reason, people hesitate to help others during emergencies 😑
@VictoriaPolice I had reported an incident this past Sunday. I was informed that an investigation officer would be assigned and the case falls under the transit police. The case still hasn't assigned an officer, or if it has, I have not been contacted yet.

There is a bill - Compulsory training in CPR in schools Bill 2019.
If this bill is implemented successfully, and we also add First Aid for choking, seizures etc to this, we will be training generations forever, and build a culture of safety across India! Six out of ten deaths can be prevented by giving the right First Aid at the right time!
2. CPR can improve survival rates by three to four times, minimise lives lost, stop families from getting devastated, decreases economic burden(every rupee invested in CPR training can save upto 30 rupees in potential medical expenses!).
3. We need to focus on average Ambulance response time, better equipment of the ambulances with AEDs and personnel trained in BLS.
I have been training teachers, parents, students, Asha workers, police, corporate employees, house keeping staff, hospital staff in First Aid and CPR for years now (more than 20000 people independently and voluntarily). I have motivated paediatricians across the country to do the same and have sent manikins to them(donated by parents for the cause).
ISCCMnational is taking this initiative forward in schools.
I came across this great work done by Deputy Commissioner Faiz Aq Ahmed Mumtaz - one lakh common people were trained in two months in CPR, in Ramgarh, Jharkhand!
There must be some more doctors, organizations, and administrative officials focussing on this.
If the Govt. can get us all on to a single platform and implement the 2019 bill(and add First Aid for Choking and Seizures to it), it will be a great and economically viable investment for the safety of the people of India!
Those of you who agree with me, please sign the petition.

They have no respect for the law of the land! They are not bothered about the health and lives of our children! Till they remove ORSL misbranded tetrapacks from everywhere in India, boycott them!
Teach @kenvue@jnj a lesson!
@fssai_safefood, Thank you for doing the right thing of vehemently opposing their petition!

🚨 Utter disgrace to Odisha's sports & education departments!
18 young athletes from #Odisha, travelling to represent their state at the 69th National School Wrestling Championship in Uttar Pradesh, were forced to endure inhumane train travel conditions
Video shows the athletes crammed outside a train toilet, sitting on the steel floor with their luggage
Athletes reportedly did not have confirmed tickets, forcing them to travel outside overcrowded general compartments. Worse is, they returned in the same deplorable condition as no confirmed tickets were available for their return journey too.. What a shame!

@BLRAviation@CISFHQrs@DelhiAirport@MoCA_GoI@BcasHq The issue is that all of these organizations are not accountable to anyone. I have regularly seen CISF security harass people unnecessarily. I too have been subject to the same.
