But the spirits that departed those buildings, after the leaflet and knock alerts were over, ...so in the eyes of people with the attention spans of one thousandth of a second, it is the genocide of those buildings.
Encyclopedia please!
They likely lack the qualifications to assess whether a non living structure can qualify as a victim of genocide or whether the dead or living former occupants of those structures qualify as victims of genocide.
This is because the terminology of genocide is being used by people who get on their knees and say 'Wakanda Forever' in the halls of US Congress.
When objective truth does not prevail in the political behaviour of legislators, those observing such behaviour believe that this validates the misbehaviour that they now begin to emulate?
@GadSaad@BernieSanders@elonmusk The schematics of hierarchical structures lie beneath the skin deep facade of the "Chunky Monkey" flavoured ideologies?
@SenatorHousakos It is disgraceful.
People learn what acceptable behaviour is by following the example that the authorities set.
If the consequences(🎂) of one's misdeeds are of little significance then what will observers conclude about the potential consequences(🎂) of their own actions?
My latest: On the Belleville synagogue shooting in 🇨🇦. There is a direct link between the freedom given to the “Free Palestine” activists in 🇨🇦 to incite hatred and violence targeting Jews…and what happened in Belleville. And this has become the new normal in 🇨🇦. Shooting up of Jewish schools, synagogues…? Pretty regular now. Incitement of hatred targeting Jewish community centres? Businesses? Neighbourhoods? No big deal.
Law enforcement and PM @MarkJCarney encourage and embolden Jew hatred by doing nothing to stop it.
Belleville was an attack on Jews going to synagogue services. It was not an attack on 🇮🇱

Belleville, Ontario.
A Jewish community has prayed there since 1905. One hundred and twenty years of building, contributing, belonging. This week, someone opened fire on their synagogue.
It is not isolated. Toronto bakeries shot at. A Montreal restaurant burned on Shabbat. A Saskatoon synagogue pelted during prayer, children at the window. A man with a knife at the Israel pavilion in Edmonton.
For eighty years this country held a consensus forged in the ashes of the Holocaust: that antisemitism is intolerable, that violent extremism is confronted, that we do not underwrite those who preach the murder of Jews.
That consensus is being dismantled.
This week, Prime Minister @MarkJCarney pledged another $100 million, including funds to train Palestinian Authority police. The same Authority that held no elections, undertaken no reform, and still pays pensions for murdering Jews. Not one condition this government set has been met.
A government that trafficks in terror funding abroad cannot claim to be fighting it at home. And a government that perpetually fails to fight it at home is not merely neglecting Jewish Canadians. It is continuing to act against them, and the rule of law every Canadian deserves.
Brilliant reporting on synagogue attack @ezralevant
The cop on security who shot the "suspected" terrorist is a hero who prevented a massacre. Wishing him a full and speedy recovery.

21 September 1932 | French Jewish girl, Florette Dawidowicz, was born in Paris.
She was deported from #Drancy to #Auschwitz on 24 August 1942. She was murdered in a gas chamber after arrival selection with her younger brother Simon.

Wow. This is the Canadian federal Minister of Heritage, who has carriage of the Jew-hatred file. So reassuring to know he's "thinking" of the Jewish community in Belleville, who are "shaken" after their synagogue was shot up in the midst of Kol Nidre services.
He could not write a more detached, cold, inappropriate post if he tried.
All Canadian Jews are more than "shaken." Canada has become a cesspit of rank Jew-hatred, emboldened by this federal government. If the target had been a mosque this Minister and Prime Minister would have gone ballistic immediately, not waited 12 hours to react.
"Shaken."
I'm horrified and beyond angry at the shooting outside a Belleville synagogue on Yom Kippur, where a police officer was shot defending a congregation at prayer.
We are failing Jewish Canadians. This violence persists and escalates because we allow it to. Governments in Canada can no longer pretend that antisemitism is anything less than an emergency.
