@frido_official @frido_care The most frustrating thing is their customer care is literally unavailable. Anything goes through whatsapp. I tried messaging 4 of their whatsapp nos. No response. Tried calling their toll free no- after waiting 4.45 mins, the call gets cut on its own. Very poor customer care.

Frustrating 2 weeks with Frido. Ordered a product (pack of 2) as part of their sale. Order confirmed, but they kept on extending the delivery. Finally the product got delivered on Saturday(29/08) evening. Just got 1 when I ordered a pack of 2.
