Providing crucial GP appointments on evenings and weekends, our Enhanced Access hubs ensure patients with busy schedules are not excluded from primary care.
The opening of hubs in an increased range of locations across Haringey makes appointments more accessible and inclusive.
Our Diabetes Care Navigation Service addresses patients’ holistic needs and assists them in effectively self-managing their condition.
They do this by identifying critical resources for patients and helping them navigate through health care services.

Great to see our new General Practice Nurse Trainees Matilda, Sofia and Hawa.
Part of a wider plan to build sustainable workforce development in general practice nursing, our Haringey Shared Nurse Team identifies talented nurses and prepares them for work in GP Practices.
Community outreach is the key to identifying those who may be disconnected from primary care, and taking the first steps in providing them with the care they need.

Our Enhanced Access Service continues to provide Haringey patients with evening and weekend primary care appointments.
Since October we have increased the number of hubs, and have seen more than 1,000 patients a week including urgent face to face appointments for young children.
Reps from our nursing team and Haringey’s general practices joined colleagues from across the capital to celebrate their profession at the London Training Hubs Nurse Celebration.
