@agarwalpacker Seems you have lots of business in Blore & not keen on new orders. Booked survey for 8.00 am Tues after 2 attempts, got msg changing time to 10.30 am even though I told clearly am not available after 9.00 am. Neither survey agent nor call centre answering calls. 🙏

@AmazonHelp @rbi please do look into this across all payment wallets… Amazon exec said as per RBI rules they can’t refund my pending balance and unless they refund, they can’t close the Amazon pay account. Is this true @rbi that u make a rule where they can’t refund my wallet money??

@amazonIN Hi. You have locked my Amazon pay account due to KYC expiry. I tried doing the KYC but it’s more complex than reaching the moon. Can you please refund the balance amount to the original source and close the Amazon Pay account. Thanks @RBI

They take a slightly circuitous route, always leading to extra charge and @rapidobikeapp customer service never ever responds. Almost like it’s an unwritten plan to get more revenue. So while initial rate is lower, one always ends up spending more.. @MORTHIndia

@Uber_India As a frequent traveller by autos in Bangalore, here is a tip to use as a marketing statement against @rapidobikeapp Uber autos always follow the prescribed route and if they deviate Uber customer service refunds the extra charge. Most rapido autos do not follow route,

@Swiggy question for you… do you have an issue with truffles? Every time I place an order from Truffles Bellandur, you are unable to find a delivery agent and delay the order.. But every other restaurant even close to Truffles gets picked up and delivered on time. I wonder !!!
