Held a meeting with senior officials of the GAD to review the progress of the Mutual Transfer application portal being developed to facilitate mutual transfers for Grade III and Grade IV employees.

Instructed that the portal be made bilingual, supporting both Assamese and English. Additionally, directed that a provision for withdrawal of transfer requests be incorporated.

The software will also feature automatic matching and generation of transfer requests.

Further recommended reducing multiple layers in the process to ensure a seamless user experience.
