@OlaElectric That I already know. I want to know when will I receive it. Why there is a delay of more than one month? Are you saying that manufacturing of buddy step & centre stand takes 4 months? Please give me some update that I don’t know. @OlaElectric @ola_supports @bhash

[Harish Siddartha @HarishSiddartha]

@OlaElectric @ola_supports @bhash placed order on 8th march with dispatch date as 31st May. Still the accessories are not dispatched. When will I get the accessories? Why such huge delays & no updates? Is this the way Ola treats its customers? Terrible customer services

[Harish Siddartha @HarishSiddartha]

@bhash will anyone at @OlaElectric or @ola_supports work on my complaint or should I wait forever??

Part 4: can someone at @OlaElectric @ola_supports tell me when my complaint (#4604404) be resolved. @bhash please help me in getting this resolved at the earliest

[Harish Siddartha @HarishSiddartha]

Part 3: @OlaElectric @ola_supports @bhash This has been the worst customer experience I have ever seen. Neither have I been given an alternate bike nor any monetary compensation for all the cab expenses I have been incurring due to my dead bike.

[Harish Siddartha @HarishSiddartha]

Part 2: @OlaElectric @bhash This has caused me immense inconvenience & pain considering my exchanged my only ICE bike for this S1 pro. The only response from @ola_supports is to have patience & issue would be resolved soon. All this has been only words & no action is taken

[Harish Siddartha @HarishSiddartha]

Part 1 : @OlaElectric @bhash I took the delivery of s1 pro on 30th March 2023. On 9th May, bike’s display wouldn’t turn on & vehicle isn’t drivable at all and raised a complaint the same day. It’s been almost 2 weeks & there has been no update @ola_supports
