Hi @deepigoyal, requesting help to debug a possible production issue at @zomato.

The order was assigned to a delivery partner, then got cancelled on the delivery partner’s side. The partner received another order and moved on.

I had to go to the restaurant and place a fresh order and pay again. The original amount has still not been refunded, and I am unsure if it ever will be.

This appears to be a mismatch between systems, which could affect other users as well. Please help 🙏

However, on my app, the order still shows assigned to the same delivery partner. From the delivery partner’s side, my order no longer exists.

This results in a deadlock: the partner will never reach the restaurant, and I’ll never get the order.

Technical glitch on the Blue Line is causing service disruption between Meenambakkam and Airport Metro Stations. Direct Metro Trains between Puratchi Thalaivar Dr. M.G.Ramachandran Central Metro and Airport is cancelled for the day. Passengers traveling to Airport via Green Line to interchange at Arignar Anna Alandur Metro Station.

Metro Trains will run as per weekday schedule. Both Green & Blue Line is functioning normally.

We are working on resolving the issue and further information will be updated soon.
