The loans and dues of the electricity dept have a cascading effect from DISCOMS to TRANSCO to GENCO all the way to Singareni Collieries co. Ltd. SCCL.

Singareni SCCL supplies coal to TS GENCO & Power to TRANSCOS.

Dues to SCCL as on 2019:
5000 Crs from TRANSCOS
2600 Crs from TS GENCO.

That is as on 2019, now it must have al least doubled.

SCCL is owned 51% by State govt and 49% by Central govt.

There is a sadly hilarious aspect to this cascading effect, which KCRao govt trying to make it a "Round Robin" method, which I will explain in the end.

కేసీఆర్ పదేళ్ల పాలనలో తెలంగాణ యువతకు న్యాయం జరగలేదు. నోటిఫికేషన్లు లేక, కోర్టు కేసులతో, పేపరు లీకులతో 30 లక్షల మంది నిరుద్యోగ యువత తీవ్రంగా నష్టపోయారు. వారు కొట్లాడి తెచ్చుకున్న తెలంగాణలోనే వారికి కొలువులు రాని దుస్థితి.

అందుకే వారి కలలు సాకారం అయ్యేలా.. కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ రూపొందించిన జాబ్ క్యాలెండరును వారికి చూపించి వారిలో భరోసా నింపే ప్రయత్నం చేశాను.

తెలంగాణలో కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం ఏర్పడిన ఏడాదిలోపే, 2 లక్షల నియామకాలను పూర్తి చేసి యువతకు ఇచ్చిన మాట నిలబెట్టుకుంటాం.

The youth of Telangana have been amongst the worst affected by the misrule of the BRS govt over the past 10 years.

But, they are resilient and full of potential, as was evident from my interaction with them in Ashok Nagar, Hyderabad today.

It is our duty to transform their dreams into reality, which is why we have released a job calendar to fill 2 lakh govt jobs within the first year of our govt in Telangana.

This is not just a promise, it is Congress's Guarantee!
