@yamineko_eisya As a Malaysian, I easily understand most Indonesian languages due to almost all similarities. I have an Indonesian friend who can understand malay as well but needs to get used to it because some words have different meanings.
@the_dt1@equalDelight@Crafty_wright@Fav1Afghan_ Sunan abi dawud 4379 it's literally i mentioned about who being rape and the perpetrator got stoned to death. Literally the same context i just screenshot.
@the_dt1@equalDelight@Crafty_wright@Fav1Afghan_ The same as the bible you mentioned, but I think it is pretty uncommon for people having intercourses with girls after puberty whether they are different religions.🫠
@the_dt1@equalDelight@Crafty_wright@Fav1Afghan_ Yes, 16:106 is about forcing someone to believe something and 24:33 is about forcing someone to be a prostitute. But both verses make a general rule: coercion is not allowed and takes away responsibility. This in a case where a woman was overpowered, He will be punished the man.
@the_dt1@equalDelight@Crafty_wright@Fav1Afghan_ Islam condemns rape. Qur’an 24:33 forbids forcing sexual acts and removes blame from victims. Qur’an 16:106 removes responsibility under coercion. The Prophet ruled in Abu Dawud 4379 that the victim is innocent and the rapist is Stone to death.
