To other streamers: I've been getting a lot of Twitter DMs lately from "brands looking to work together." I'm guessing you have too.

I tell them all, "Let me forward you to my management to talk!"

They respond, "Could we just do it directly with you over Twitter?"

If you get this reply, STOP. If someone is trying to get you to actively go around your management, that's as red of a flag as it gets. 98% of the time they just want a better deal going to you.

If they won't talk to your management, don't talk to them about business. They aren't respecting your choices or your value.
