Giannis says he showed up EARLY to work out with Kobe, and the Black Mamba made him pay for it
“Working out with Kobe, I showed up before him. I love that I did it, but it was a mistake”
“Kobe came and said, ‘What are we gonna do?’ I said, ‘Whatever you tell me to do.’ He said, ‘Go right, make 25.’ I usually make four or five. I said, ‘Yeah… make 25.’ I made 25. ‘Okay, go left, 25.’ Then, ‘Go right, two dribbles’”
“We worked out for two hours, intense, and I’m thinking, I shouldn’t have shot before this, I’m tired, I wanted to show him my best version”
“But here’s what players won’t do today: they won’t be vulnerable. They won’t show weakness, or show appreciation to somebody better. If you always think you’re the best, you can never learn”
“I had my notebook, I asked a lot of questions, he answered every single one, and never made me feel like we were running out of time. It was one of the best experience in my career”
LeBron has NEVER hit a go-ahead/tying finals clutch shot under 24 seconds.
But his fan boys will pull up some fake made up stat and claim he’s clutch 😂
(@olympicbean, @KawhiBurgers)
Nobody in sports history has lowered the standards for greatness more than this bagless choking fraud.
So glad there are only 3 games left in his contrived overrated career so we can permanently erase his 100% fake legacy forever.
Greatest Of All TRASH.
WOW. COACH K saying Jordan is #1 and it many people are in that room and he mentions Kobe 2nd.
Y’all gone have a heart attack when yall realize that some of the greatest basketball minds in the world have Jordan first, then Kobe and even others before they even think about LeBron.
But here’s the thing, that’s no shade. LeBron is up there. But this idea that Kobe is no where near the top when so many NBA LEGENDS say Jordan-Kobe is so close and LeBron isn’t always up there with them Jordan/Kobe in their minds.
And again, THATS OK. Because there’s some coaches who believe LeBron is #1 or believe Kobe is #3 behind LeBron. But the thing is, None of the great minds think Kobe is fringe top 10. That’s a bleacher report thing that’s not real life basketball 🫡
