he two items separately are £2.59 and £2.39 = £4.98. I would think you would reimburse me more than just the cost of the item for the hassle, but I would have accepted the price of the meal minus the fries and drink (£4.21)
Instead you are profiting off your own incompetence.

@McDonaldsUK I just ordered a large mccrispy meal for £9.19 for delivery. The burger didn’t come. I had to call up to get a refund and I’ve received back £2.79. Which effectively means I’ve paid £6.40 for fries and a drink
