I try not to share many things that relate to my own opinions on here mainly sticking to announcements on BYC events, YOFO events and Youth Council sessions but I found this out and as this is an extremely personal issue to me I feel I have to educate people on this.
It is with a heavy heart that I announce today I am stepping down as MYP. These last 4 years have been an incredible journey but its time for the next chapter in my life.
Our new Myps are Jackson Walton and Ryan Matope. I am sure that they will do amazing.
Got to meet @AndyBurnhamGM last night. It was great to hear more about the Manchester Baccalaureate and the benefits it will bring to our city. Massive thanks to @youthgreatermcr for the opportunity.
PLS RT! We are conducting a survey to gain insight on the needs of SEND young people for our provisions. It only takes a few mins. The feedback is incredibly important to help shape & improve services. Pls click on the link below. https://t.co/o3NOpVWBjg

I’m at the UK Youth Parliament conference. 180 of the most engaged teenagers in the nation. Pretty exciting.
I’m wearing trainers with a suit because I’m a cool dad.😂😬😎*dies from the withering gaze of 180 teenagers*
Just heard two incredible stories of local youth action from two Youth MPs, Obed and Isobel. 🗣️
⭐️Obed: Working with the MET police to improve relations with the youth
⭐️Isobel: Creating ways young people can better protect themselves against drugs, alcohol, vaping
