@LumosGlobal why has your customer care number not been going through for 24hours? No way to reach anyone for assistance, spent yesterday unable to use the solar box cause it just suddenly went off like I haven't paid and refused to come back on, I'm not happy at all

@LumosGlobal @LumosNigeria Your Facebook customer care is very slow, they hardly reply and don't answer questions properly when asked, the issue wasn't resolved after speaking to them, and they aren't responding today

Please next time when there's an issue, try to send out notifications (early) to your customers so we don't panic and we can change our plans early.
