@footyadvocate He’s more suited to play the deep lying playmaker role than Enzo because his passing is way better imo, but he brings the same OOP issues as Enzo, which is the main issue we need to solve in our midfield, it’s literally just Caicedo that carries most of the OOP responsibilities.
@zo_demalia@theninjashado Don’t pick Arsenal, they willingly housed a rapist, and their manager is a terrorist too. Come over to the blue side of London.
@Dr0P1loT@billahibarkley Old ass De Paul controlled the midfield better than the supposed Kroos regen. Hell the fact he was chosen to play that role instead of Enzo says a lot.
@jbennett2000@ConnCFC@CFCErm Additionally, I’m mainly talking about from a more competitive standpoint, like running 6v6 with friends or randoms at a park. Even if I could play in my front yard I couldn’t find another person who was interested in my neighborhood.
@jbennett2000@ConnCFC@CFCErm That’s true but you can’t really do much unless you have a big yard. Also, from my experience my neighborhood had strict lawn rules so my mom would’ve killed me if I played on the front yard.
@ConnCFC Accessibility and lack of convenience. It’s basically a pay to play model so poorer kids get left out. Also, if you just want to play for fun, you kinda have to go out of your way to do so, especially since driving is the main form of commute. I had issues with the latter.
@ConnCFC@CFCErm Plus, unlike most countries you have to go out of your way to find a field to play, and in America driving is the main form of commute. Where’s a high school kid with no license supposed to play footy if the nearest park with a field is a 15 minute drive.
@clintonabd22567 Well with the brief of them forcing him to play certain players due to agent demands that’s not a far fetched theory. Plus with club politics benching a 120 mil player just won’t look right optics wise.
International football is like high school sports, you’re subject to whatever school you happen to go to.
Someone like Lee Kang-In is well suited to play for a team like Spain, but just happened to be South Korean.
