@Hertz part 2: I call at 8am, assured by agent they have a car available and she called the local office to confirm. Now back at airport and no cars, no idea when cars are coming. 2nd Uber expense.

@macys shopping late Saturday evening and security followed me EVERYWHERE I went. Store empty, a few customers milling, but I'm the only Black person and was checked on at EVERY dept I visited. Do better @Macys or I'll find better.
