I had a great Regionals! Got top 5 in all of my events, and my times are dropping but I still have a lot of work to do before JOs. Can’t wait to get to Houston!

Went 1:02 and 27.04 at Clarenceville. I feel good about the direction that I’m headed in but I still have work to do.

I had a good day at the Divine Child Invitational! PR’d with a 13.08 in the 100m and a 30.62 in the 200mh. Still have a lot of work to do but I think things are starting to come together! 🥇🏆
