Leaders teach others to sweep the sheds. Nothing is ‘below me’. Nothing is too small or too unimportant.
It’s not someone else’s responsibility to pick up after you. Do the little things right all the time, and eventually the big things will take care of themself.

Be the Leader your Team needs.
Holding people accountable doesn't mean you're against them, it means you're for them. It means you're fighting for their best, that you care enough to not allow them to settle for mediocrity.
The key is in how you hold them accountable.
Call people up, not out.
If you want to build a winning team, you must value all team members for who they are, not just what they do.
You have to remind yourself that under each uniform or business suit is a person who has challenges, personal issues, pain, hurt and human wants and needs. Every person, no matter how successful, wants to be appreciated, respected, and valued. Everyone wants to feel cared about. Everyone, ultimately, wants to be loved.

4 diseases we must fight every day:
Negativity
Mediocrity
Comfort
Entitlement
Stay positive, commit to excellence & never be outworked. Surround yourself w/ people who make you happy, laugh, recharge your energy & give you a sense of peace. Then you can take on those who don’t!
Are you the fountain or the drain? Do people feel happier & energized after spending time around you or do they feel worn out & exhausted? Which person do you think others look forward to being around? Keep negativity to a minimum. Bring light, life, love & laughter to others!
