When Amazon wrongfully terminates your KDP account, keeps your unpaid royalties and says that they are upholding their decision.

I'm sorry, but they can only keep my royalties if I break the TOS.

I didn't... but they sure as heck did.

ALLI tried to get me reinstated, but Amazon being Amazon, are keeping me terminated over an UNPUBLISHED NOTEBOOK. According to their TOS they MUST pay me unpaid royalties. They claim I broke TOS, but I didn't. #AmazonKDP are thieves. Publish with caution. #indieauthors

@Lizzypantsss Thank you! I hope I get reinstated as well. It has been 12 days since @AmazonKDP has wrongfully terminated my account and 7 days since they ceased all contact with me, confiscating my July & August royalities. I've sent proof of my no wrongdoing, but that too was ignored, sadly.

@cmnascosta It's heartbreaking, because authors WANT to publish stories and books that call to them, but what calls to us doesn't always pay the bills :(
