@RACostantini9 I left my Senior Lecturer position and moved into an EdTech start-up. Best decision I ever made! I felt like I was a failure for leaving Academia but I really feel my dedication and hard work is recognised and rewarded in my new role. It’s definitely worth it, even if it’s scary!
