People who live in democratic countries think Zimbabweans are not doing enough.
Before you speak, mind your privilege.
Walk in my shoes as a Zimbabwean then maybe you won't have your dense opinions!
The state has monopoly over violence. It doesn't mean we can't beat the police, we used to do that then the whole military would descend on the ghetto and beat the shit out of our mothers. The gun is a great equalizer, but it is a point of no return
Dear Africans. This was just a peaceful sit in to demand reforms from ZANU PF. We have been doing this peacefully for 46 years. Mnangagwa has killed more than 25 000 pple including the genocide in Matabeleland.
Dear Africans. I know you think we are cowards. You think we have allowed Mnangagwa to rule with impunity. This is is what we face. We have been facing this for the past 45 years. The problem is, we have been doing it peacefully but met with live bullets. SADC & AU are OK with us being killed.
A time will come when we are going to pick matchets and guns and chop each other like what happened in Rwanda. SADC and AU will condemn us as barbarians.
Millions of us have left our country not because we desire to be in your countries. We cannot live under this perpetual suffocation. Now we see that South Africans are tired of us. We don't want to be in your countries. We want to be in Zimbabwe.
We have asked your presidents to restrain this rabid junta led by Mnangagwa but none of them has tried. We tried elections and we all saw what happened. We are at the end of out wits. and about to snap.
If any of you can convince your governments to give us guns and a forest, you will see that we are not cowards.
In Bulawayo province, she is the only MP who voted No. The rest either voted Yes or abstained, which is just an indirect Yes Anyways. May you remember her the good people of Bulawayo.
Thank you to all the MPs who voted NO. You chose to stand with the majority of Zimbabweans. When the time of reckoning comes, your hands will be clean. Let's keep organizing

OFFICIAL STATEMENT: MADZIBABA VESHANDUKO — THE FACTS.
1. There has been a deliberate attempt to mislead the nation through false reports and unnecessary misinformation surrounding the solidarity extended to Madzibaba during his persecution and incarceration, as well as his visit to the Citizen President after his release.
2. The facts are simple: the incarcerated and persecuted citizens' hero and his family requested a meeting and the taking of photographs as a way of preserving memories and expressing appreciation for the support, solidarity, and encouragement they received during their moments of persecution.
3. Any support given to a citizen in distress is a humane responsibility deserving of a humane response, and we were compelled to assist regardless of the circumstances of his incarceration.
4. Claims that there was no coordinated citizens' support are false and misleading. Welfare assistance was provided, including rental payments and support towards the schooling of his children.
5. Throughout history, especially during difficult periods, citizens have stood with one another when support was scarce or unavailable. This case was no different.
6. The Citizens Movement does not publicise acts of assistance because helping people is not a public relations exercise.
7. Gestures of goodwill must never be reduced to PR exercises for likes and accolades. The absence of publicity must never be mistaken for the absence of coordinated support.
8. There is nothing wrong with helping a fellow citizen in distress. What is wrong is the deliberate distortion of facts, the vilification of those who extended a helping hand, and the attempt to divert attention from the real issues that gave rise to the suffering in the first place.

You can’t solve the immigration crisis in South Africa without directly calling out Zanu PF and FRELIMO.
They are the root cause of undocumented mass immigration in South Africa.
They have been enabled to stay in power by the ANC which has ignored rigged elections and developed relationships with these corrupt regimes and their crony capitalist crooks.
We are here in Leicester UK where the CDF convenor @BitiTendai is engaging the Diaspora on the way forward. We may be far away but we remain Zimbabweans. We had 3 days to organize this and I am grateful for those who managed to set aside time to engage with us. The views of the Diaspora matters too. We understand the tough environment that our pple operate in Zimbabwe but we cannot afford to lose hope. It's the only thing that keeps us alive.
What is surreal is that there are pple here who supported ZANU PF and even threatened me with death who are today anti CAB3, and there are those whom we chanted opposition slogans with who are now pro-CAB3. My enemies are now my allies while my former friends are now my nemesis.
The beauty of it is that l just walk my path. Those who push in my direction automatically become allies. One struggle Parallel efforts. The goal doesn't change- a free, democratic and prosperous Zimbabwe.
Trust only yourself and leave room for failure & disappointment. Let's keep marching even when the odds are tough.... Constant resistance!
