@jessphillips My hubby is from Brum and when we became parents for the first time the spelling of my new title, Mum/Mom, caused many a debate (I’m a Londoner) 😆 Also, at end of every conversation my lovely MIL says Tarrarabit - I’ve now adopted that phrase myself. Love West Midlands folk 😊

@thebodycoach I seriously ache today after I completed the new 30 mins HIIT and dumbbell workout yesterday. My kids are laughing at me every time I walk down the stairs today 😂 I won’t be defeated though. I will be trying it again tomorrow. It was a great workout 💪🏻

A joyous 30 mins of television. Watched the last series every week with my Dad. Sadly this year Dad is no longer here to watch it with me and laugh at Bob’s jokes. However it’s comforting viewing which is making me think fondly of Dad. A gem of a programme 😊 🎣
