@SunniSectarian @SMH_Hoseyni I respect all sahaba including Muawiya RA but according to their status and deeds for Islam and setting example for coming generations. All sahaba were human they may hv made mistakes but they are answerable to Allah only.

Its basic islamic principle, if you compare him, you violate basics of Islam. Muawiyah RA was a king ameer, politician, while Ali RA was Rashidun caliph, principled.

@SunniSectarian @SMH_Hoseyni First decide, Umar RA nominated Ali RA among 6 senior companions from which third caliph was to be chosen. However, later he became fourth caliph, why disobey caliph, if all muslims hv chosen him??? Why you justify disobedience under any logic?

Ali RA was not bound to listen to a rebel whose sincerity was doubtful. Ali RA was principled, he did not play politics, he was following true shariah.
