@john_stockton80 @TheS_Resource For me in terms of knowledge I’d brush up on Principles of Play more. I did the old Level 2 and the L2 > Uefa C transition webinar was a waste.

In terms of approach, definitely network more with coaches and try to write more detailed notes to reflect back on - lots to note!

Some clear problems in possession that have yet to be fixed, problems that have been clear and evident over the last 8 months at least.

No need to call for his sacking yet, but serious questions need to be asked of him & Hughes with the recruitment.

Some serious alarm bells should be ringing at Fratton.

- 3 different centre back pairings
- 3 different centre midfield parings
- 2 goalkeepers used after just 4 games.

Just not the start any team would want.

Recruitment has to be criticised. Seen glimmers of Shein in pre season, as well as Kamara, Marezi & McQueen - but there are still some obvious gaps in the squad.

I also love Mousinho, but his subs need to be questioned.
