Unfortunately, another person, Joshua Nderitu, has lost their life over an incident where police opened live ammunition on people who were protesting the murder of a 19 year old young woman.
It is now crystal clear that the NPS is tone-deaf and hellbent on killing young people.
We must unequivocally condemn and oppose these dictatorial tendencies.
As a leader, I demand swift arrest and prosecution of the trigger-happy police officer who shot Joshua Nderitu to death.
On June 25th,
Gen Z stood tall,
Against the Finance Bill,
We gave our all.
For those who fell,
We march on 25th,
In peaceful unity,
We find our way.
Their legacy lights
Our path ahead,
United in memory,
United in fight,
#June25th
CCTV footage of Albert Ojwang's final moments shows that the police were aware he was already dead; transporting him to Mbagathi Hospital was just a cover
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” — Matthew 11:28-30 NIV
If there is breath in your lungs, let it praise the Lord. No matter the season or struggle you find yourself in, or the joy or ache surrounding you, even if it just a whisper—praise the Lord!
