Vaccinated a man today- when I told him I’m an SaLT he said: “You have no idea how much I respect your profession. I’m a throat cancer survivor and your colleagues saved my life. You gave me my life back when I had to relearn how to swallow. You’re truly underrated” ❤️ #mySLTday

This is amazing - something that would have seemed impossible a year ago. A huge global science effort - showing just what we can do when we work together and invest in what really matters. This gives us all hope!
