The sheer volume of abuse/vitriol that I'm seeing, reading & receiving about election candidates from all sides makes me wonder why anyone would put themselves through it. I have nothing but respect for them but wish we could rewind to an era when healthy debate was exactly that.

So sorry to hear of the passing of my colleague Paul Williams. He welcomed me warmly on my first days at DC Media in those halcyon days of yesteryear in Truro and remained my go-to, no fuss commercial contact. Such a lovely man. Condolences to his family, husband and friends. ❤️
