@northernassist wondering if you can explain your refund policy. You cancel 2 trains so I claim a refund and you keep 2/3s of my ticket price as an “admin fee”. So it’s not really a refund at all. ???

@thetrainline Thanks Chris. Bought a ticket through yourselves. 2 cancelled trains later applied for a refund. Ticket was £10.60. Refund £3.10. More than £7 kept for admin fee. That’s really not a refund is it?
