I would say yes. Even if there was scattered racism, hatred or government failure- we did not hear about them because it was such small-scale. There was like 1% of the population was gay and we barely knew anyone that was, nobody shoved it down our throats. No such thing as lgbtq stuff. We all lived and breathed the USA only. All races that were in our country acted like all others. It seemed like we all coexisted just fine. Our schools had 🇺🇸 flags only, we pledged alliance to it every morning. We learned about only the standard subjects. We all could get jobs, Elon doesn’t want to hear this one but we were not as over-populated as we are now. We worried about little because the land was safer back then. A few bad apples but that’s expected. Yes- it was better.

To build something like this we need to start with a clean slate somewhere. Simply taking an already existing city or inhabited area will not work. The transformation will be too hard and those opposed will make it impossible.
We need to designate an area, build it and populate it slowly with those that embrace this change in humanity.
Once we are good with one or more we can work on transforming current inhabited areas towards this goal. This is there the real work will take place.
Looks like a utopia and I hope we get there someday, at least start in my lifetime. I would love to see it!
