This is absolutely despicable business practices, never mind a blatant health risk. I will never be staying with your hotel group again and will be contacting the NYC Health Department and the Better Business Bureau.

@HolidayInn your website isn’t accepting my complaint so I’m gonna do it here. Your hotel in NYC- Wall St. had black mold on the curtains on my room. I went to the desk for a refund and explained I did not feel comfortable staying at the hotel with such a blatant health violation

I then called the booking company to cancel the reservation who contacted the hotel. Whoever was on duty at the hotel proceeded to lie to the booking company and claimed that I had agreed to the one night charge. I did no such thing.
