Calls, messages, everything ignored. Feels like only people paying 2β3x higher fares are being prioritized while others are left stranded

However, I had booked my flight for 7th March, nearly three months in advance, as I need to travel for my marriage on 13th March. Yesterday, I received a notification that my flight had been cancelled due to the current regional situation.
@AskPayPal My account was permanently limited without a clear reason, and now $3288 is stuck for 180 days. I submitted proof and explained I provide digital services (guest posting & graphic design), but still got denied. Can someone please review this again? #PayPalSupport
