I trusted your airline with my belongings while travelling from Canada to India, but this experience has been extremely disappointing and heartbreaking.

My luggage was delayed for an entire week, and when it finally arrived, my bags were extremely dirty. To make matters worse.

Is this the kind of service passenger deserve?I travelled all the way from Canada to India,trusting your airline with my belongings.I checked in 3 bags in Edmonton,but only 1 arrived in Delhi. My other 2 bags are missing,and I’m left chasing your team for answers.@TurkishAirlines
