@HousePriceMania I agree there are dreadful HMOs out there but I have also experienced ones with close communities of what would typically be isolated individuals. Some people are also happier with everything included and maintained for a set price per month

@HousePriceMania I disagree, where else would people on lower incomes live? Until the gov make it easier to build this will only continue. Make these a family home and accommodation is in even shorter supply. Need improved standards for new HMOs to ensure quality is high
