I have just spoken to the rudest senior customer service supervisor from @Apple instead of helping us she decided to hang up because she was of no help @Apple needs to look in to this member of staff and retrain - her name is Ines and from the tone of her voice she hates her job
@eBay_UK is anyone else experiencing terrible customer service from @eBay_UK ? Have they declined your application to sell in a new category with no valid reason even though you’re a top rated seller based in the UK?
Who in @eBay_UK actually understands as an employee how to help their customers and understand their job role? I can’t believe at how poor @eBay_UK has become. I feel embarrassed being a seller on this platform.
@eBay_UK I have been a loyal seller to eBay for 20 years. @eBay_UK has been making my business run around for 3 months. Staff do not care whether you leave. We as a business are not being allowed to sell our products when the platform is used to sell products.

Why am I unable to contact DVLA Registration @DVLAPersReg I have an emergency and have had no success over the phone and on web chat. I have been trying all day to be told after waiting that no advisors are available. This is very poor as I have an emergency and have no help
Obed @G4S - refused to let me pick up luggage from @AroraHotels Crawley. Kept giving me incorrect information and when I had asked for a complaints email he returned with the reception email. How are @G4S employing people who have no knowledge about government quarantine?
I spoke to Sonia at @TravelCTM_UK as I am flying to Heathrow on 9th July. The hotel dates were showing incorrectly 12 nights. She said I need to cancel my flight and rebook it for 10th as there are no hotel rooms available. I said could I have this in writing and I was told no.
@TravelCTM_UK I have just called @TravelCTM_UK as they have placed me in a hotel all the way in Gatwick 1 hour away from my residential address when I am landing at Heathrow! Spoke to Tamuel and he hung up because they are refusing to put me in a local hotel near Heathrow!
Has anyone else been scammed by @British_Airways or @TravelTrolleyUK? Both companies have a non existent customer service. None are willing to help. Everyone who has had a negative experience please let me know ASAP.
@Skyscanner@TravelTrolleyUK Hi Sean, I received an email from your team saying they will look in to this. My parents are mentally drained from this ordeal and all I’ve had is @TravelTrolleyUK and @british_airways lying to us since Sunday. My parents have not been rebooked on to another flight.
Don’t book with @TravelTrolleyUK A team full of fraudsters. I have only been lied to since Sunday and they are refusing to put my parents on the next flight. Very unprofessional and not willing to help! @Skyscanner beware as these scammers are taking customers money
@British_Airways I will be you bunch of fraudsters. Lacking simple customer service @British_Airways an airline like this with such poor morals and service is a disgrace to the UK. I will make sure everyone realises how you operate!
@British_Airways how do I make a formal complaint against this company? @travel_trolley have taken my parents money and are now not issuing a rebook or refund and are saying buy a new ticket. @british_airways don’t want to help at all and are making my parents suffer!

@TravelTrolleyUK you need to look in to your staff. I have spoken to your manager Arthur and assistant manager Garth. Your team either has a habit of not answering my phone calls or hanging up when called from another number. This is pathetic. @Skyscanner please look in to this.
@British_Airways thought this company would be helpful. @British_Airways is not willing to help if booked through an agency. I have been given the run around. My parents have not been rebooked on to a new flight and are being forced to buy a new ticket. Complete fraud!
@British_Airways You offered to help me by telling me to DM you. I done so with all the information requested to get an answer saying sorry we can not help you. You have mislead my elderly parents and have caused them a lot of stress and are refusing to put them on another flight

@British_Airways BA have rejected my elderly parents boarding a plane on Sunday because of a negative NHS test and said it needs to be private. My parents had no help with rebooking the flight as it was booked through @Skyscanner via @TravelTrolleyUK No one is willing to help.
