@milk_and_more can tou tell your idiot salesman that knocking on someone's door at 8pm selling me milk is ludicrous!! Next time they knock on my door at that time I won't be soo polite!!!
@SouthamptonCC2
Hi we've recently moved out of the area and I've done the online form to cancel my council tax, how do I contact someone regarding if you have actually received it and secondly why this month payment has come out!!
Not allow them too, asked why to which I got told due to the refund policy. Asked what about the policy didn't allow him to, to be told that it's an internal policy, how can a refund policy be a internal policy only, absolutely disgraceful service. I still want my refund!!!!!
@UberEats disgraceful customer service from zain who is a manager on the customer support line, ordered mcdelivery and paid extra for chocolate milkshake, didn't get delivered phoned customer service who told me they couldn't do nothing and could not refund me as the system did
@HMRCcustomers hi my wife is on an emergency tax code BRdue to moving job, she has been charged 50% tax this month is that correct as I thought Basic rate was 20%
@HMRCcustomers Sorry if I'm being stupid I just want to clarify, negative tax will be a payment of tax from hmrc in her payslip, is that correct? She hardly pays tax so I presume taking it off as reduced tax wouldn't work so that why I presume a refund is required cheers
@HMRCcustomers So if to much has been taken, as I presume due to paying 50% tax, will she see that refund on Jans pay and how will it show on the payslip or will she have to wait till April to request the refund?
@HMRCcustomers So if they can use the same code the amount she lost in December will be on her payslip for January's pay, how will that show on her payslip?
@HMRCcustomers She did have a spilt code before she changed jobs but as her P45 didn't get in before payroll cut off she was put on emergency tax, I presume when she next gets paid it will be back on the spilt code but how and when does she get the 50% back. No I don't think she does yet
@HMRCcustomers Hi, no worries, yes the p45 was issued and she got another job once she left what is technically her first job. so she's still got 2 jobs. No both jobs fall under that amount
@HMRCcustomers Yeah she does, the new company couldn't get her P45 done before payroll went in. How will she be able to get this Amount of tax back when next month she's back on her normal tax code?
