1) Flights were disrupted on 3rd & 4th Dec, leaving passengers stranded for hours. I was at the airport for 14+ hours and had to pay ₹19,049 (almost 3x the normal Delhi–Baroda fare). MoCA announced airlines would cover fare differences due to economy fare capping. @MoCA_GoI

2) yet Air India says this applies only after 6th Dec.
How is this fair to all travellers when the chaos began earlier? Request MoCA to intervene and ensure relief for ALL affected passengers, not selective dates.

@indigo Flight 6E-6792 (DEL-AMD) on Dec 4th was delayed for 11+ hours. After waiting until 9 AM Dec 5th, I was told to leave with a promise of a full refund (including extra luggage fees). 21+ days later, still nothing. Please resolve this. PNR: IYQVFN #Indigoairlines @MoCA_GoI
