@IndiGo6E Yes the damage was reported to the arrival team but they were giving them a 1000 rupees coupon discount which is of no use because they are not regular traveller by air and coupon is only applicable for them only.

@IndiGo6E I had to travel from lucknow to mumbai on 20 feb morning flight but my mistake i had selected student option due to which I was not allowed to board on flight. The flight staff not cooperated. I asked to render any help but of no vein, my full ticket fare was in waste.
