@kiwicom247 I contacted the airline and they refunded 100% of the flight to Kiwi. Why didn’t I receive the full refund? Why is Kiwi keeping MY money for a flight that was canceled due to covid?

@kiwicom247 I still have not received my refund for a $1300 flight that was canceled in March 2020. I have followed up many times and airlines have told me they have already issued the refunds to Kiwi. You cannot hold on to my money when it is desperately needed during a pandemic

@kiwicom247 DO NOT BOOK KIWI. They are fraudulent and will keep your money even if the flight is canceled. They have zero customer support and there is no way to contact them. They are still holding over $1k for a flight that the airline already refunded to them a year ago @kiwicom247

@Taurushoney @kiwicom247 Having the same exact issue. Has been over 1 year, the airline issued them the refund of over $1000 over 6 months ago and they are still holding on to my money. Keep all documentation you can and will need to take them to court @kiwicom247
