I had sent a courier from bangalore to gurgaon and the shipment was supposed to reach by 7 october and still i have mot received it. I am not available after today. Customer care guys response is to wait. Is there any forum i can complaon and get a court case filed.

@flipkartsupport I don't mind sharing sharing information here. I have called almost 10-12 times to resolve this issue but it didn't happen. I wasted close to 10 hours of my office time what about that and still no resolution. I think I dropped 7 mails but still no resolution. #MentalHarrassment
