Train 18030 (Shalimar) toilets are in the worst condition—broken, foul smell, cockroaches. Even AC coaches are unhygienic. Serious health risk. Please take immediate action.

There is excessive noise in the coach due to which I am unable to sleep. I booked an AC ticket for comfortable travel, but it is very difficult at my current seat.
