बिना सहमति के शारीरिक सम्बन्ध बन���ना बिल्कुल भी सही नहीं हैं , चाहे वो पत्नी ही क्यों न हो !

लेकिन शादी करना भी तो सहमति ही है न , क्योंकि शादी के बाद शारीरिक सम्बन्ध बनता हैं ये सबको पता हैं और यही सदियों से लड़का लड़की दोनों को बताया गया हैं !

अगर इसके ऊपर कोई सख्त कानून बना दिया जाए तो मर्द के गले में फंदा डालने जैसा हो जाएगा ,

मर्द कैसे साबित करेगा कि संबंध आपसी सहमति से बनाया गया था ?

अगर पति पत्नी में थोड़ा भी मनमुटाव हुआ तो ���ुरंत बलात्कार का मुकदमा दर्ज हो जाएगा , जैसे आजकल दहेज और घरेलू हिंसा के लगाए जा रहे है !

सरकार को इस पर काफी विचार विमर्श के बाद फैसला लेना होगा !

The Saran case is horrific and demands uncompromising justice.

A 16-year-old Class 10 girl in Saran district, Bihar, was dragged into a bathroom by five men from her village, gang-raped, and thrown into a well, where she died. This happened on the evening of 13 March 2026. One accused, Yuvraj Kumar, has been arrested; the other four remain absconding, with police raids underway. An FIR has been registered, the post-mortem completed, the body handed over, and the case is being investigated under relevant sections, including POCSO.

The government is clear: every perpetrator must face the maximum punishment - no exceptions, no leniency, no political interference. This is a brutal crime involving the rape and murder of a child. The accused must be tried swiftly and punished to the fullest extent under Indian law. The victim’s family deserves immediate support, security, and closure -not politics.

This must never be allowed to become a “caste issue.” Crime is crime. Rape and murder are committed by criminals against human beings, not by or against castes. Turning this into a “Rajput vs Paswan” or any other community narrative helps only those who thrive on division.

Selective outrage based on the castes of victim or accused is the real poison - it erodes trust in the system and distracts from justice.

Police and courts must act fast, transparently, and without fear or favour. Anyone- politician, media house, or activist - who tries to shield the accused or inflame tensions for votes or engagement farming deserves equal condemnation.

My position is simple and consistent:

- Swift arrest of all five.
- Fast-track trial
- Maximum sentence (death penalty).
- Zero tolerance for caste-based defence or counter-attack.

No one is spared. The girl and her family get justice. India moves forward only when we treat such monsters as monsters, not as representatives of any community.
