Recently I had my waitlisted ticket cancelled after chart preparation and 100rs was charged as the cancellation amount.
I understand out of that 35 was the convenience fees which does not come back, but why was another 65 deducted from the refund amount?

I have a return order originally scheduled for Oct 3. However, the delivery person did not show up at my house on Oct 3 and 4 and entered a false reason as package is not ready.
