@flyspicejet flight SG 669 delayed for 4.40 mins so far. No explanation for delay, no empathy, no weather disruption btw. Never travel @flyspicejet especially with family. I am traveling with a kid and a senior citizen and the inconvenience caused with just casualness is pathetic

@nykaafashion Got a wrong product delivered and raised request for return. Pickup guy called me when I was not home. I requested to come back later. No followup from them yet the request status is changed to pick up request cancelled. Pathetic customer service!!!

@Olacabs @ola_supports I booked an Ola rental for 5.45 PM. Now from past 2 hours I am trying to cancel this booking. Not able to find any support channel which can help me cancel it. Never seen such pathetic customer experience and ways of cheating.
