No my baseline is , every kid from start gets equal and same education and career guidance and counseling and after 10th all sc/st/obc/ews gets gov funded coaching for there respective competition, with financial aid Monthly so that they can study without stress. This bare minimum gov shuld do.

If your family now come under gen then you are privileged my guy, ok I don't think you will understand this easily so I give you a small task , check percent of sc/st families having family income atleast 10 lpa and then compare it with UC families having 10 lpa percentage. If that is not satisfactory for you then you can scream as much you want, neither gov nor majority of well of UC will come in support.

I had access to coaching, best coaching I would say ,guidance from my family, no financial stress. That's not the case for majority of sc/ST, don't count exceptions. My community in majority where stands, I don't have to tell you in detail . So if I score good it is not just me, you have to get this. Come out of your bubble, the majority of sc/st don't have these. I m completely in support of NCL in sc/st but other than that until we have other scheme this one is needed.
