1/ A citizen came to the DC Office yesterday with one line: I had to pay to get my income certificate.
2/ We verified it. The complaint was prima facie true.
3/ The official concerned has been suspended. The proceedings to dismiss the official from service have been initiated.
4/ Here is what we every want person in Jammu to know — an income certificate, a domicile, a ration card, a fard, a revenue document, these are your entitlement as a citizen . Anyone asking for money is stealing from you.
5/ And here is our commitment: complain, and you will be heard. Your name stays anonymous. The action will be public.
6/ Just tell us if there is any official demanding money/gratification for any legal service. We’ll take it from there and with speed.
Do not pay. Do not adjust. Do not let it go. One complaint moved an entire system yesterday. Yours can too.
Secretary in the Ministry of Animal Husbandry/Dairy IAS officer Naresh Pal Gangwar whose wife, son and mother had received a subsidy of approximately ₹1.16 crore under a scheme from a board under his own department has been now made the higher education secretary.
The government is rewarding corruption instead of ensuring accountability!
Last night, the Education Secretary was transferred. He was replaced by an IAS officer from the Animal Husbandry Department who has severe multi-crore corruption charges against him.
The entire crisis around paper leaks and NEET was about systemic corruption. Replacing one bureaucrat with another facing serious corruption allegations is a direct INSULT to young people across India.
Is this the "compromise" the government expects us to accept? This is not accountability. We will not stop until Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan resigns ✊
The youth-led Cockroach Janta Party emerged after India’s Supreme Court chief justice compared unemployed young people to “cockroaches.”
Embracing the remark, the movement became an outlet for grievances supporters felt politics had failed to address. https://t.co/ozkgA7sfyj
If BJP were in power during Nirbhaya Protests, Anjana Om Kashyap and Chitra Tripathi would have personally shifted the blame to Nirbhaya herself while Goswami would have called all protestors paid by Pakistan.
Sinha and Bagree would find links of Nirbhaya’s family with American NGOs
Might look like an exaggeration but read it again , compare it to their timelines and it will all start making sense.
Proud of this kid. He seems amazing. Humbly, It feels like your channel is exploiting him to invalidate other kids. Maybe the next time a bridge collapses you could interview someone who took a longer route to work and got promoted. Instead of engineers or people under it.
If you're so much into science and technology and think the BJP needs to be given the belt treatment for fucking up so badly, then please focus on NavIC's death (India's navigation system) than those wannabe cockroaches.
Modi gov has very systematically killed off a very critical project amid lack of funding, zero vision, and super misplaced priorities.
ISRO is in tatters right now while the West is at least 75 years ahead in rocketry minimum, and it has incredible scale + backing from the private sector. PSLV is a dead end.
At the same time, Maharashtra's Devendra Fadanvis is waiving off ₹48,000 crore worth of electricity dues, while spending even more annually on Ladli Behnas. For a fraction of that sum we can develop our own jet engines.
If anyone is sitting on a Hunger Strike for such issues, I'm all in. But if you're expecting me to spare a thought for a cockroach inventor whose claim to fame is turning a Chetak scooter into a wheat mill, then boss sorry, ye pura desh chunotiyon se nahi, chutiyon se bhara hai.
Everyone wants to pretend they can hold the gov accountable lmao by posting Insta stories.
Turns out the judge was not only running the gas agency, his business contract was being renewed all through his tenure as a judge and chief justice.
And all this was happening right under the nose of the Supreme Court, that punished NCERT for a chapter on judicial corruption.
I’ve come to the conclusion that we should rotate these mfs every 5 years. After that they start acting as if they own you.
I can’t believe I used to be a fan of a politician, but better late than never.
No party should be treated like they’re above accountability.
🚨 #ExpressInvestigation | The Union Minister of State for Agriculture Bhagirath Choudhary received a ₹99.03 lakh subsidy for a commercial cucumber farming project under a scheme run by the ministry he serves in.
While the final approval was granted by an NHB project approval committee that does not include the minister, Choudhary is the ex-officio Vice-President of the NHB board that oversees its functioning.
The project, worth ₹1.99 crore, was among 467 approved under the scheme in 2025.

Growing evidence towards benefits ?
If anything there's growing evidence of longer term side effects and health issues including gall bladder issues, muscle mass loss and bowel obstructions.
India is a weird market. With obesity rates shooting up, I'd have bet on the sales of generic GLP-1s exploding once their patents expired. They now cost about Rs 1,000–2,500 a month, and there's growing evidence pointing to benefits well beyond weight loss, including cardiovascular, metabolic, and liver health.
Yet, generic drugmakers are quietly cutting their sales targets by 25–30%. At Rs 1,000–2,500 a month, it's cheaper than a gym membership. The real problem seems to be retention. GLP-1s are injectables, and you have to keep taking them. If you stop, you gain back the lost weight. It seems like asking someone to stay on a weekly injection indefinitely is a much harder sell.
A few other friction points:
For a variety of reasons, Indians haven't taken to GLP-1s with the same enthusiasm as Western populations. Could it be because Indian physicians are conservative when it comes to prescribing newer drugs?
Self-injecting is a pain for most people, and that friction and inertia might be stopping them from starting in the first place.
Given that there are now GLP-1 pills, I'm wondering if the adoption curve will change.
#ExpressInvestigation | National convener of the BJP’s IT cell Amit Malviya, BJP Madhya Pradesh president Hemant Khandelwal and ministers of the Madhya Pradesh government dismissed the #ExpressInvestigation on land purchases by his family and their real estate as “baseless… bereft of substance” and “politically motivated.”
However, the BJP is silent on the investigation’s key findings that the Yadav family’s land holdings doubled between 2021 and 2023, when Mohan Yadav was a Minister, and doubled again between 2024 and 2025 after he became Chief Minister.
Possibly even sadder than Yogi's rude reply is that a parent of a dead child needs to first communicate she supports the BJP when talking to the CM.
Every day in India is darkly surreal.

🚨#𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 | Our investigation found that Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav's family and their real estate firms acquired at least 137 plots spanning 168 acres in Ujjain for ₹45 crore in two years since December 2023 — mostly in areas benefiting from road projects and land-use changes his government announced. Here is a quick look at how much land each of his family members own

INDIAN EXPRESS DROPS A LAND BOMB ON BJP CM 🔥
After Mohan Yadav became Madhya Pradesh CM, his family and real estate companies reportedly bought at least 137 plots spread over 168 acres in and around Ujjain.
This is the same Ujjain being reshaped for Simhastha 2028 with highways, road widening, townships, riverfront projects, medical city, IT park and new commercial zones.
The most damning part is this: out of the 168 acres bought after he became CM, 111 acres are reportedly located along roads announced by CM Mohan Yadav himself.
His family already had land. But after Dec 2023, the land buying saw a sharp jump, right when Ujjain’s development map started turning into a goldmine.
Indian Express repeatedly asked the CM for answers. He stayed silent.
This is how BJP turns religion into a business model 😡
One accusation Manmohan Singh always faced was that how could he be honest when his party ministers and other leaders were corrupt.
Time to say the same now about current leadership.
