FRAUD‼️
Hello @JBLSoundIn @HarmanIndia . I am done by writing mails providing details to your representatives and whenever they get all the proofs, they stop responding properly and telling to have patience. It is disappointing and frustrating.Refund needed.

@Redd_flaggg 😇

[Harshit @HarshitguptaKB]

Thanks to @JBLSoundIn’s @HarmanIndia worst and fraudulent service, I thought to celebrate diwali with more music this year but my speaker has been stuck in their so-called “service process” for 2.5 months. And there is still no proper solution 👎#dontbuyjbl #fraudjblpolicy

[Harshit @HarshitguptaKB]

@chandra92mohan @JBLaudio @JBLSoundIn Totally agree with the service of @JBLSoundIn 1 mahina 😱 main to 2.5 mahine se latka hua hu aur kuch bhi nahi kar rahe bas pareshan kar rahe hai. It is my first and last time buying a @HarmanIndia product in my life.

[Harshit @HarshitguptaKB]

@tonydandiwal @JBLaudio @JBLSoundIn @jagograhakjago @aajtak @ndtvindia @cnni @ANI Totally agree with you. I was facing some base sound issue with flip 6 then i claimed it under warranty, after keeping it for 1.5 months in their service centre they are saying it is physically damage and not under warranty. #DontBuyJBL

[Harshit @HarshitguptaKB]

@Ranjith071 @JBLSoundIn No worries ranjith now they will tell you that you have physically damaged the product and it’s not under our warranty claim and if you want it in perfect condition then you have to pay for the repair. As i am facing with my flip 6 it’s a fraud going on.

[Harshit @HarshitguptaKB]

@rchitphayde @JBLaudio @HARMANservices Same problem here with mine jbl flip 6 i am waiting from 11th of august and still no solution and their 1 year warranty claim is a false policy.

[Harshit @HarshitguptaKB]

@seekojielectric @JBLSoundIn 23rd September that is not too late according to @JBLSoundIn i am waiting from 11th august and still not resolved and their service is too bad and misleading.

[Harshit @HarshitguptaKB]

@Shubham83558345 @JBLSoundIn Bro be aware now, after sometime they will call it a physically damage that is done by you and will deny warranty claim. I am also suffering from their fraud service.

[Harshit @HarshitguptaKB]

@arnav_chajed @JBLSoundIn Yes you are absolutely right about their customer service as i am also a victim of their fraud warranty policy. They kept the product(jbl flip 6) for 1-1.5 months and then called its a physically damage.

[Harshit @HarshitguptaKB]

@IntelhariV @JBLSoundIn @amazonIN Bro you can’t trust jbl as i am also a victim of their called 1year warranty fraud policy. Check my posts and be aware

[Harshit @HarshitguptaKB]

Now let’s see what @nch1915 will do into this matter. Because i am going through a fraud done by @JBLSoundIn @JBLaudio @Harman @HarmanIndia

[Harshit @HarshitguptaKB]

@JBLSoundIn @HarmanIndia these guys have some new rules for warranty policy in the market -
“If the speaker goes bad, make the customer run around for months, give false promises, and provide zero resolution.”
Claimed on 07/08/25, still no proper solution. 🤷‍♂️

[Harshit @HarshitguptaKB]

How disgusting @JBLSoundIn @HarmanIndia these brands can be, its been more than 2 months and no proper response just telling to have patience, patience and patience and no proper services being provided by them. I think so it should be escalated more

[Harshit @HarshitguptaKB]

@HarmanIndia @JBLSoundIn I gave speaker at Bareilly service centre 7Aug in perfect condition. After 1.5 months you responded physical damage not under warranty.damage happened at YOUR end.I have photos & video before submitting. This is unacceptable.I want this fixed or replaced.

[Harshit @HarshitguptaKB]

@JBLSoundIn @HarmanIndia @JBLaudio @Harman This is how you guys deal with your customers it’s been already 48 hours + after i received the call and sent all the details you needed and still no update. It’s a horrible experience that i am dealing with by making a purchase of a @JBLSoundIn product.

[Harshit @HarshitguptaKB]

I dont know how sucha a big brand can be so misleading and false @JBLSoundIn @HarmanIndia @JBLaudio @Harman
My JBL Flip 6 Warranty Issue - Timeline & Concern
- 7 Aug: Handed over my JBL Flip 6 at
Bareilly service centre in perfect condition

[Harshit @HarshitguptaKB]

@JBLSoundIn @HarmanIndia @JBLaudio @Harman I have sent mine contact number in DM and there is no call or further assistance till now.

[Harshit @HarshitguptaKB]

My Questions:
1. When I handed over the speaker in perfect condition, how is it suddenly "physically damaged"?
2. If damage really existed, why didn't the Bareilly representative mention it at handover?
3. Why didn’t the technician on 11 September confirm

[Harshit @HarshitguptaKB]

I requested a comparison video (my speaker vs new one). He didn't share the video and stopped answering my calls.
- 14 Sep: I escalated the matter
- 15 Sep: JBL informed me that the speaker is "physically damaged" and denied warranty
