Shocking and pathetic service from Adani Gas in Kapadvanj.

It has been 15 DAYS for a simple gas pipe shifting request from our old kitchen to the new kitchen, yet the work is still incomplete. Every single day, the service center gives a new excuse and a new deadline instead of actually solving the issue.

Because of this careless and irresponsible behavior, our family is suffering without proper gas service. This is not just poor customer support — this is complete negligence toward customers after taking connections and payments.

A company of this size should feel ashamed of such unprofessional after-sales service. Customers are treated like their time and problems do not matter at all.

If basic service requests cannot be handled even after repeated complaints and follow-ups, then what exactly is the standard of customer care here?

Immediate action is expected.
